+ the rooms were excellent! What made my stay so lovely was how the staff at the hotel was so friendly, attentive and helpful. i was going out one morning and it was raining and the woman behind the reception offered her personal umbrella to me, it was lots of small touches like this which really made my stay special. The staff speak English which is a bonus as my Russian is not the best. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

+ Location of the hotel was really nice. Staffs were exceptionally helpful and kind. I really enjoyed staying here. Also, on the New Year's Eve, we were provided complementary wine bu the hotel. It was lovely. I would like to visit there again whenever I visit there.
- It was good! But the room was a bit cold. I think it is the Russian weather.

+ Cosy and welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, new place with fresh interior and good quality of linen, towels, robes, equipment.
- A bit expensive, but fair enough considering season (August). Tiny rooms.

+ On of the step. I think she is manger in hotel. She is very kindly and friendly So nice step. She is working to 8am until 8pm And location is very nice. Close to pub. Close to restaurant etc.. Everything is perfected
